PSYCHOLOGY

Psychology is the branch of science that studies human and animal behavior and mental processes. Psychology has taken place as a sub branch of philosophy at the first place.
Later it has been realized that psychology is a separate branch of science. Psychology is more different than other the branches of science. There aren’t always certain facts in psychological events. It may vary from one person to another most of the time. To empathize is very important for psychology. People want to know themselves and interpret their relationship with the environment. Psychology gave an opportunity to make us understand the human behavior. The former psychological events were analyzed the science of the people’s soul.

The concept of the mental science was used by Aristotle. Later its experimental psychological aspect was found. The first psychology laboratory in the University Leipzig was founded in 1879 by Wilhelm Wundt in Germany. Wundt separated the psychology with the structural elements of the human mind with the method of the introspection.  He separated the elements of the experience. William James criticized Wundt’s theory. He researched how to use the experiences not the elements. Mental processes have been mentioned here first time.
