Most people have failure phobia. It causes some not to try new and challenging things. In fact it is so clear that if you are not doing this simply you are not improving yourself. One who has not got mistakes has not got anything. For example if you are afraid to go somewhere, you have two concerns. One is the possibility of failure and the other is what to do in case of a failure. The result of this fear has two effects: you do not go there and you have the negative feeling within your heart. A fear of failure mustn’t hold us back. Even when the conditions show the rate of the failure is high, you can step after calculating all the results carefully. You should try to do it once you prepare the necessary conditions for it. Failure is not the end and every experience we have help us not to fail the next time as long as we have our lessons from the previous failures. What is important is to face with your failures instead of trying to get rid of them as soon as possible.
