Anxiety is the feeling people have when they upload the concept of danger in any event. We usually see the anxiety positive in our lives. Take as an example, to study a lot to be successful. Positive concern helps the person be willing for the performance. But a lot of anxiety creates negative impact. It drops you back instead of help your progress. Anxiety can vary from person to person. The child wanting to go to washbasin, but is worried thinking that his/here teacher may get angry and so not going is a kind of anxiety that for an adult doesn’t cause any worry. However most of us experienced the exam anxiety in at least one part of our lives.

The pressure of the family and community’s put on the individual, the harsh language of a criticism they the concerns of the future and the comparing their children with the other successful children cause negative anxiety on the child.
The problem of the child’s self-esteem is an important factor for exam anxiety. The family always criticizes the child to correct the mistakes they use negative adjectives for their child. All of these reduce the self-esteem of the child that’s why the sense of inability becomes dominant and the individuals live in anxiety.
The exam anxiety can reduce performance. In the day of an exam a person may not focus on the questions and have some headache, stomachache or any other physical illness. To avoid from these problems the individual should trust him/herself. The families should know the limits for their expectations. Furthermore they mustn’t reflect their anxiety to their children.
It is true that most students cannot perform as well as they really are. It is important to have motivated and positive exam psychology. For this reason it is important to learn how to deal with the high level of exam anxiety. And families must be aware of this and try to help their children overcome their anxieties or avoid causing them have more anxiety.
